The lender，the borrower, the mortgagor and the guarantor signed the real estate sales mortgage contract (the “contract”). The mortgagor agrees to deposit all rights and interests under the real estate sales contract signed with the sales side (for pre-sale housing sales) or real estate software (for second-hand housing sales) to the lender, willing to fulfill all the terms of the contract. The lender provides the borrower with a certain period of the loan as partial payment of property purchase and mortgage for the mortgagor. And the guarantor agrees to be liable for the mortgage loan.
The contract is entered by the four parties through discussion. It requires strict observance from all parties.
